NOTICE: Paul J. Silbert, M.D. announces the closing of his office and his retirement from the practice of neurology at 2100 Corlies Avenue-Suite 5, Neptune, New Jersey as of January 15, 2018. Dr. Silbert thanks all of his patients for entrusting him with their neurologic needs for the past 42 years, and wishes them all the best of health and happiness in the future.

Dr. Silbert is dedicated to Monmouth and Ocean Counties of New Jersey.

Dr. Silbert offers diagnosis and treatment of general neurological conditions and disorders. He combines extensive experience, compassion, and the latest technology in addressing your neurological concerns. He treats each patient as a partner in the treatment of his or her own neurological condition, and patient education is central to his practice.
